And sometimes, it works.
Just one lion, building with love and curiosity
I named this studio after a family lion plushie that's seen years of love. Lyon Works. A quiet kind of name — one you don't forget, one that makes you smile.
I'm not a coder. Not a designer. Not a startup founder. But I've always been a builder.
I didn't build this to chase funding or launch an app empire. I built it because I still believe in making useful things. Small, humble, honest. Built with care, not scale.
Lyon Works is where I tinker with AI to prove what's possible. Not by shipping products, but by building working prototypes that show ideas can become real.
Every project starts with a real problem. Something worth solving, a "what if" that won't let go. I follow the spark, build fast, learn what I can, and move on to the next one. The goal was never to maintain apps or chase users. It's about the craft. What one curious builder and an AI can figure out together, one small project at a time.
Each prototype starts with a spark and ends with a lesson.

Singapore Food Decider
Decision fatigue is real, even for food. This prototype doesn't show you 500 options — it just tells you what to eat, based on what your gut actually wants.

These prototypes are learning artifacts. Small demonstrations built with care, not scale. This is what happens when one builder stops waiting for permission... and just starts making things.
